Independent Contractor Agreement
Each Party shall act solely as an independent contractor, and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to give either Party the power or authority to act for, bind, or commit the other Party in any way. Nothing herein shall be construed to create the relationship of partners, principal and agent, or joint-venture partners between the Parties.
Quality/ Approvals
We will strive to provide the highest quality, error-free product. Before final product is produced/ delivered, we will contact the client and ask for approval. This final approval allows clients to proof our work and ensure that satisfaction is met. We are not liable for errors identified after final approval from the client.
Compensation
Client agrees to pay 50% of total cost upfront to begin production, and 50% at delivery of the final product. Clients will agree to 4 edits/ deviations of the projects. After the 4th deviation, an additional charge will be added to total price of the product (also due at delivery of the final product).
